Sister Urmil in one of her talks said that for Equality we need to work at the root level, like in case of a tree we don’t water the leaves, stem, flower & fruits rather we water the roots. Like in Arti when we light the Jyot we call it ‘loh’.  ‘Loh’ means light thus it reminds us that we are being of light & when we start seeing each & everyone with this consciousness the perspective towards situations & people changes. We need inner strength for this, meditation helps us a lot in reaching this goal in Geometric progression.

Sister Sudesh during round table dialogue said Solutions of the problems always emerges from with in so we need to go deep inside us and meditate.
She also conducted meditation which was appreciated by all.
